Looks good! I like a lot of what you are doing here. I'd be tempted to remove limits on what spells you can know and just have the mana so casters can learn spells they find as treasure. Do you have any plans to add in higher levels? I would be concerned about slowing down leveling so much so that 5 be the maximum. My players typically expect a little more rewarding system than that but I like it as a GM.
